In this tutorial we will be going over how to create your listing’s layout. We have built AF Listings 2.0 to be as adaptive as possible so that you can easily add your listing’s unique content. Lets dive in!
When you create a new listing you will notice that the sections box will be blank. To add in a new section, click on the add section button and select one of the pre-designed section modules.
With each section module, there are a few key things you will want to know. By clicking the arrow to the right side, you can open and collapse that module. Also by simply clicking and holding onto a module, you will be able to drag it up and down so you can easily rearrange the content layout.
Now that you added a new section module, you can start defining its options and insert content. With every section module, you have the ability to input a section title for easy navigation, adjust its background color -or- add a background image.
You have multiple pre-designed section modules you can choose from. All sections are designed to help provide you with better flexibility to target each one of your listing’s unique needs without running the risk of breaking the design.
In your hero section, you can choose to have it set up as a static background image/color, photo slider -and- enable property specs/details.
Your about section can display a title, description and the assigned listing specs from the property specs section. You also have options to toggle between a full width -or- sidebar layout, depending if you prefer your agent info closer to the top of the page.
Easily add & manage listing photos in the gallery module. Simply click the add to gallery button, upload/select the desired photos and assign them to their respective categories.
All you have to do is enter in the listing’s address and everything will automatically populate for you!
Property Details Section
This is a very flexible module that you can populate with any content you would like. You also have the ability to display a Youtube or Vimeo video by pasting in its link.
You can also add up to three tabs that can include a custom title, description and bullet points.
This is where you can provide information on the particular area that listing is apart of. You can set the link to connect to one of your Hyper Local pages -or- to a custom link.
Here is an example of how the area section appears in our listings
In this section you can create custom tabs and populate it with whatever content you would like. We understand a listing’s content can greatly vary, so we wanted to make sure we gave our clients a simple section they can communicate whatever it is they like. Whether it is school details, transit, local attractions (list goes on)… now you have a simple area in which you can do so.
With this section you can select from a list of your team members and assign one of them to a particular listing. Even though their image and bio summary will display as the primary contact on that listing, all leads captured in the form will continue to go to your primary email address associated with your AgentFire website.
Now that you have started to create your listings it is now time to set up your feed page. Head over to the listing feed tutorial to learn how!
