Your site needs to shine, and incomplete or unattractive portions of your site can turn off visitors. Below we have broken down the common pages of a typical build for tips on what to consider and what to review:

Your homepage is the gateway to the rest of your brand. Expectations are set on your overall appeal and credibility. Lets take a second to do a review of some common ways to make your homepage great.
Review Your Site For Mobile Scaling:
Your homepage should look appealing on both mobile or desktop. If you note anything out of the ordinary, be sure to communicate to your designer or to our support teams and we'll promptly take care of it.
Consider adding more written content:
Ask yourself the following:
- Does a visitor have a sense of what you do in less than 8 seconds on the homepage?
- Do you have a compelling tagline or other specialty that you can identify/describe immediately?
- Is your overall service clear and understandable from an outsiders perspective?
If you answered "NO" to any of the following, start by identifying your typical customer, and how your service is different or better than your competitors for this transaction type. A clear sense of your business model will help you craft titles, descriptions and calls to action unique to your line of specialty. Do you have any special offers? Consider time sensitive or unique market propositions to encourage interaction with your website. Communicate with our support teams to obtain guidance on your ideas and decide whether you prefer to make these changes yourself or have our teams perform the work for you.
2. IDX SEARCH PAGE
Your primary navigation will include a link to a search page for your IDX. The base url for Diverse Solutions is /idx/ and the base url for ShowcaseIDX is /properties/ . If you want to make changes to the default listings that are shown here and need guidance on how to make changes you have the following options:

3. BUYER & SELLER GUIDES
Your guides are automatically delivered on request through the forms on your guides page. Be sure to spot check that the colors, 3d guide covers, and the form delivery notification information is to your liking.
You may want to additionally customize the text used on this page, and/or customize it's message, layout or contents.
For updating the form notifications, refer to Gravity Forms documentation. Your Gravity Forms can be customized in a variety of ways, and accessing any form notification is easy to do in your admin dashboard.
Head to Forms > All Forms
to view all of your available forms and their associated settings, fields, and notifications.
4. YOUR FEATURED AREAS
Your featured area overview page will display a combination of your featured Cities or Counties and their established neighborhoods. It's worth taking a quick glance at the primary demographic information shown, as well as review the overall page for completeness.
Descriptions you enter in each featured area will be shown as an excerpt on the page.

Add original copy to your pages. This is helpful for end users and search engines too!
5. PERFECT HOME FINDER
Your core site comes with some great starter forms for enhancing your service offerings with your clients. The perfect home finder form is a page that allows your end users to request your help with finding properties of interest to them.

6.WHAT'S MY HOME WORTH
Similar to your What's My Home Worth page, your CTA form is completely editable and can be tailored to include your area specific questions and form fields. Be sure to review how to make changes to your forms in the section above.
7. CONTACT US
Your Contact Page should appear credible, and include any relavent business contact options that you prefer to utilize, including social media destinations, links to team member profiles, phone numbers or other contact services beyond the gravity form shown on the page.
It's important to us that your contact page include all the desired options you want to include, and our designers/support staff are happy to help make changes to these pages at your request.
8. ABOUT US
It's important that early on in your build, and about bio for your brokerage, or your team, or yourself be established for use on the about page. As part of your core build, your bio will be included in the buyer & seller guides that your site offers. Typically, this page is separate from a team member page, but your specific needs may vary, and our design teams want to make sure this page feels complete, attractive and useful.
9. OUR TEAM PAGE
Your Team Members page should include any and all relevant staff you have that needs to be displayed publicly on the site. Our Team Member plugin makes this simple and easy to add, edit, remove, and improve upon team member profiles easily.
Your company treats it's customers right, and the world deserves to see what your client experiences have been. A great review is a wonderful way to generate more referrals for your business. Our testimonial plugin is built with your business in mind! Be sure to review that any initial testimonials you wanted added to your site have been configured correctly on the page, and that you are familiar with how to add new testimonials, edit existing testimonials, and approve client side submissions.
Our testimonial system will deliver email alerts of new submissions to the email address provided in the Testimonial Settings area.
You may elect to have Zillow testimonials automatically feed onto your page as well! Feel free to either contact firstname.lastname@example.org or follow the instructional tutorial on making this API connection in your plugin.
11. THE BLOG
Your blog page will by default include a small array of example articles to get you started with and help provide a layout view of your entries on the page. Be sure to review how to access and add new blog posts as your overall SEO for the site is weighted on good content, a healthy blog is a part of a well indexed site with high levels of traffic.
Your website admin will include a series of video tutorials (Found underneath the Agentfire logo) which include basic primers on utilizing wordpress for first time admins.
In addition to your Blog Entries, you will also want to consider what sidebar widgets you might need shown in your entries. A typical setup will include things like:
Automatic Valuation tools, Quick IDX Searches, Recent Posts, Featured Areas, and Site Search omiboxes. There are numerous widgets and possible solutions, so if you have something specific in mind as an idea, be sure to communicate that to your designer or to our email@example.com teams so we can provide you feedback on best solutions and availability.
