This is the first module in our training series - and covers the first call - this is the first interaction between prospective clients interested in our marketing services, and our marketing team.
Clients will generally first express interest in our marketing program (Marketeer) via a few different methods
- Before they're an existing client: So they may use the live chat that we have on our website, a contact form, or indicate during a demo with our team, that they are interested in our services. It is rare that we would have an initial Strategy Call before someone is a client with AgentFire, but it does occasionally happen
- Existing clients: Existing clients will generally either write into AgentFire inquiring as to whether or not we have marketing services, may have spoken to someoneone on our team, or may have received a promotion in their AgentFire Website Dashboard or via email pertaining to our marketing services.
More often than not, our team will refer all interested parties (whether they be existing or prospective clients) to our Marketeer page on our website which includes complete information on Marketeer services.
Regardless of where they come from, often the first step that we recommend for clients/prospective clients interested in our marketing services is to fill out our Marketing Discovery Form and Book a Strategy Session.
