So, as briefly mentioned in the first module - the first step clients take when intereted in our Marketing Services is to complete the Marketing Discovery Form - after they've completed the form is where they'll then be prompted to book a Marketeer Strategy Session, which is a roughly 45 minute to 1 hour screen-share meeting during which we'll review their form submission, and develop a complete plan of attack. This module everything related to that!
Strategy Session Booking and
When a client gets to the booking page and books their session, the page will use round-robin selection to select a member of our marketing team. This is how you will be assigned new clients! You will meet prospective clients during their initial 1 hour strategy session and they will remain your clients for their lifetime or unless they get assigned to another member of our team for whatever reason.
Note: 9/2/17 - as of this writing, we are not yet using round robin distribution to assign new clients to our marketeer team, instead we're deciding on a case by case basis who should manage which clients. When we do implement round robin distrubution, this note can be deleted
What To Do When You've Received a New Booking
When you receive a new booking, you'll receive a new email notification, and as long as your Calendly is hooked up correctly to your Google Calendar, the event will be added to your calendar as well - the booking notification email will look something like this (I did a fake booking with my information obviously)
Once you see you've created a new booking, you should then do the following:
1. Search our ZenDesk for their Marketing Discovery Form
In order for them even book a time in the first place, they would have had to submit our Marketing Discovery Form - these forms are automatically sent to firstname.lastname@example.org - (any email sent to email@example.com will automatically create a new unassigned 'ticket' within the Marketing group in our Zendesk, so you probably would have received a notification for this as well in your email) .
2. Create a new folder and document in our Google Drive
3. Make sure to review the doc prior to the Strategy Session!
You will want to make sure that you review all of the answers from their Marketing Discovery Form prior to the session, and this will greatly affect the topics covered during that initial strategy call!
