You can get to your saved hotsheets via your Agent Dashboard. Click “Hotsheets” in the top menu to see a complete list of available hotsheets. To embed one on your site, click the clipboard icon to copy the shortcode then go to WordPress and paste the shortcode wherever you’d like the hotsheet to appear. Hotsheets are responsive so their size will automatically readjust based on where they are placed.
In some circumstances — for example, when you are building a page to show listings from a specific subdivision or building — it might look better not to include the map or search form above the results. We’ve made it easy to hide these by simply adding some text to the WordPress shortcode.
To hide the map, add the following to the shortcode (just paste it in right before the second bracket): hide_map=true
To hide the search form, add the following to the shortcode: hide_search=true
Sometimes, you might want to limit the number of listing results that are initially shown for a particular hotsheet. To do this, just add “limit=x” to the shortcode (replace “x” with the number of listings you’d like to show). Insert the extra text right before the last bracket. Using the example from the image above, the shortcode that would show only four initial results on the page would be: [showcaseidx_hotsheet name=“Ellijay” limit=4]
